1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Items must be requested for exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or higher value. Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
2. Exchange Process

with your order details.
- Our team will provide instructions and an exchange authorization.
- Send the product back in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll ship your replacement item.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
- In such cases, we’ll cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Clearance or final-sale products.
- Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturer defects.
